The House

The main house boasts a magnificent dining room, a large hall & drawing room, a library, large Kitchen with Aga, laundry room, larder and second prep kitchen.

Perfect for chilling in the evenings the large Drawing room features an open fire and plenty of easy seating. Great for getting together after a long day out and about or spent by the pool!

The smaller library / snug is ideal for the children to watch a DVD or play games

All rooms have immediate access through large French doors to the verandah and gardens.

The large and spacious kitchen with many original features is fitted with a modern features, granite tops, table with seating, a 4 Oven Aga and a 6 burner electric oven.

Off of the kitchen is a scullery with a commercial 2 minute dishwasher, sink and original crockery shelving, while to the rear of the kitchen is a secondary kitchen with freezer, sink and more storage.

There is a utility with washing machine and additional chest freezer.

Bedrooms

The House has 9 large, individually designed en-suite bedrooms, all with free view tv, and towels. Most have views of the valley and some have balconies.

Beaford House has 9 bedrooms 8 of which are en-suite and one with private bathroom. There are also 2 family bathrooms located on the landings.

All of the rooms are individually furnished, spacious and some have balconies, 4 posters or king size beds.

There are 3 doubles, 2 x family rooms ( sleep 4 ) , 1 x King & single,, 2 x King and 1 x twin.

The BBQ hut

At Beaford Country House, all weather is BBQ weather. Just imagine, it’s a cold, wet and blustery evening but you’re warm and cosy, sitting around the fire inside your BBQ Lodge. It feels as though you are back to nature but it’s only a few steps to your holiday property and your warm luxurious bed.

Always warm and more fun than just a summer house, just light the fire, sit back and let the good old British weather throw its worst at you. Imagine sitting around the fire inside your lodge, the smell of mulled wine in the air as it warms gently over the heat, and steaks sizzling on the flame. Toast your toes and your marshmallows at the same time what could be more romantic. On a summers evening, once the sun has gone down you can simply sit around the fire. Beaford House is wonderful for parties and entertaining all year round, it creates a delightful and mysterious atmosphere, with views to take your breath away.

Beaford House is surrounded by tranquil countryside and set in large gardens and grounds. A children outdoor play house, BBQ, and plenty of seating on the lawns and veranda.

The fenced outdoor heated pool is available Whitsun – mid Sept

Please Note a £500 refundable damages deposit is required upon payment of final balance. This will be returned following departure and inspection of property.
